CARE for Europe is part of a network of CARE public policy offices:

In order to stimulate debate and to prepare the most up-to-date and relevant briefing papers, we work together with experts from a range of fields and denominational backgrounds around Europe.

CARE for Europe is a regular invitee to the European Commission's advisory group meetings on bioethics, which has looked at issues such as the treatment of human embryos, organ transplants and blood transfusions, and patenting of human body parts. This group in turn has given advice to the European Parliament.

"It's good when sometimes they call you!" MEPs are now calling us for information.
